Main benefits

A safe, comfortable way to keep moving — every day.

The Innowalk is designed to enable weight-bearing movement for adults who can't stand or walk independently. For people living with SCI, it creates an opportunity for regular physical activity that is difficult to access from a wheelchair alone.

More physical activity

Powered, repetitive movement in a weight-bearing position — at a frequency and duration that's difficult to achieve from a wheelchair alone.

Physical & mental wellbeing

Daily standing & movement is designed to support circulation, joint range and the sense of doing something for your body each day.

Reduce risks of prolonged sitting

Long hours seated carry real long-term health risks. Innowalk gives you a realistic way to break that pattern, at home.

Innowalk is designed to support — not replace — your wider rehab and care. Outcomes vary; we'll help you understand what is and isn't realistic for your situation.

Who is it for?

Made for adults living with spinal cord injury.

Many wheelchair users spend most of their day seated, which carries real long-term health risks. The Innowalk makes it possible to experience regular, safe weight-bearing movement at home — regardless of your independent standing ability.

Likely a good fit

  • Adults living at home after a spinal cord injury
  • Wheelchair users who can't stand or walk independently
  • Newly injured or long-term SCI — both are welcome
  • People wanting to complement existing physio / rehab
  • Carers, family or HCPs exploring options on someone's behalf

We'll be upfront if it's not

  • Contractures or joint limits that make standing unsafe
  • Home environment that can't accommodate the device
  • When other equipment is a better first step
"When I don't get to use my body, I feel like my mind withers."
